Unfortunately it is not an exact science as everyone is very different, however as a general guide.
1) Measure your penis circumference.
We stress the circumference as the most important size-related number.
You can use a measuring tape or a string to measure it. Loop it once around the thickest part of your erect penis, mark down where it connects. Straighten out the string and use a ruler to measure the distance. Write down that number, that’s your circumference.
2) Check the best matching condom width from the chart below.
If you did step 1 you know your circumference. Now check the chart below for the suggested condom width.

Currently in New Zealand and many other countries you will have trouble finding 45-47mm, and anything larger than the GLYDE SuperMAX at 60mm.
